We differ from many 'consultants' as we are on-hand to assist with the Operational Implementation of your plans too. We can assist with isolated tasks, or provide holistic solutions, using our tried and tested Operational Excellence Platform (see Products section for more details).

We offer 'buy-side' M&A services ranging from a simple introduction to a complete end-to-end solution including scope, target search, opening negotiations, heads of terms, due diligence, legal documentation, completion negotiations and post-transaction advice. We are also able to offer the same comprehensive solution for owners looking to sell their firms.

We are able to search for particular key individuals or teams you need to Recruit in much the same way a Headhunter might. Where we differ however, is the way we go about the search process and our in-depth knowledge of the market. 

Our Business Development services focus on helping you break new ground and open up new routes to market. This might mean identifying firms in parallel markets that could introduce business to you, or it might be working with you on social media to help you gather new contacts and customers/clients.
